Welcome to A&E IV Wellness ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, booking platform, or receiving our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

A&E IV Wellness offers concierge IV infusion services, which may be administered in a client’s home or in partnership with facilities such as Rays of Light in Port Washington, NY. All treatments are administered by licensed medical professionals and require a physician consultation and approval.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
  
  
• Provide accurate medical and personal information
  
  
• Complete a one-time consultation with a licensed provider via the Hydreight platform
  
  
• Acknowledge that services are not a substitute for emergency care or regular medical treatment
  
  

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your primary care physician before starting any health-related treatment. IV therapy may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, which will be assessed during your medical consultation.

• A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment.
  
  
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  
  

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  
  
• No-shows or missed appointments may not be refunded.
  
  
• Refunds for treatments rendered are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  
  

By booking a service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated medical history
  
  
• Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions
  
  
• Not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during treatment
  
  
• Acknowledge and accept the risks associated with IV therapy, including but not limited to bruising, inflammation, or rare allergic reactions
  
  

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&E IV Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service rendered.

Your personal and health information is protected under our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in those policies.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
